Wharton team wins restructuring case competition

The team from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School won first place at the Sixth Annual American Bankruptcy Institute ("ABI") Corporate Restructuring Competition, held on November 6th at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
